Alpine Hotel Perren Zermatt

We had a wonderful balcony view from our room, where we could see the fine Matterhorn. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast provided was good. The WiFi connection was also great. I recommend this hotel for its amazing views and comfortable accommodations.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Firstly, the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. The staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The highlight of my room was definitely the balcony with a stunning view of the Matterhorn - it was absolutely breathtaking! Plus, the free breakfast included in the rate was a great way to start the day.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Zermatt. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the view from our balcony was amazing. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the village. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a great variety of options. We also appreciated the shuttle service, made getting around easier. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Zermatt.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station and the Gornergratbahn. Plus, it was right next to the river and the town center, making it convenient to explore the beautiful old town. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and the staff was very attentive. The restaurant had an amazing menu with homemade meals at reasonable prices. I had the best deer entrecote here, perfectly cooked and without any gamey taste. The bar had a cool design and comfortable seats. The room was spacious, with a balcony and a sofa, and offered a fine view of the Matterhorn.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel, thanks to its convenient location. It was a short walk to the three stations for exploring the Matterhorn, and we were also near a ski bus stop, allowing us easy access to the slopes. The rooms were comfortable, with clean towels and blankets provided daily. The breakfast spread gave us the energy we needed for our daily adventures. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

Although the hotel provided a great overall experience, there was a minor issue with the initial room selection, which was quickly resolved by the hotel staff.

The shower was a bit noisy, although I think that was due to a water-preserving feature. the tub/shower enclosure in our room wasn't large enough, making it difficult to keep water from spraying onto the floor.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being close to the funicular up to Sunnegga and providing easy access to all the main ski areas. The staff were helpful in giving us tips about hikes in the area, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The view from the balcony was also spectacular, allowing me to directly see the stunning Matterhorn.

The bed and pillow were incredibly uncomfortable, reminding me of the bedding my grandmother had in her house back in the past century. It severely impacted my sleep quality throughout my stay.
